WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY OUR SALESPERSON AND THE FINANCE PERSON. WE GOT A VW TIGUAN 2020 AND THEY HONORED THE LOWEST PRICE ONLINE AND THEN ADDED SOME DISCOUNTS TO MEET OUR BUDGET. WE ALSO TRADED IN OUR OLD TOYOTA HERE AND THE OFFERED PRICE WAS ALSO REASONABLE.
Made an appointment the day before , showed up the following day and they took care of me quick & easy. For a tire replacement I paid $30 thanks to the warranty they offer when you purchase a vehicle with them.
The service representative, Terrence, was fantastic. Service was quick and courteous. The waiting room provided the right amount of social distancing and provided coffee and snacks.
Terrance at the VW Evanston Service department provides customer service that is simply phenomenal. He went above and beyond to connect with me, hear my needs/concerns about my vehicle, and offer recommendations.

Brayner has been very helpful the few times I have taken my car there for service. He is fair and provided good advice on what needed to be repaired right then and what could wait. I trust what he says. That is a far cry from the dealership in Chicago that I used to take my Eos to. I would highly recommend Autobarn in Evanston to anyone.
