| On Saturday September 10, 2011, the Autobarn Volkswagen of Evanston took part in the First Annual Clinching The Cure for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital held at Shabbona Park on Chicago's Northwest side. The event drew 16" softball players from all over the Chicagoland area, both men and women, to compete in an all day tournament and raise money for an amazing cause. It was a beautiful day that was full of games for children, a Home Run Derby, raffles, music, food and of course, some great softball. We are proud to have taken part in this inaugural event and look forward to participating in the future. |  |
